Q: How long should my pool filter run daily?

 

Answer:  The filter is the main component in keeping the swimming pool clean, a filter should run all the time for maximum circulation and debris removal. A minimum of 8 hours a day in the summer time and 4 to 6 hours per day is recommended in other seasons.

 

 

Q: How often does my filter need to be cleaned?

 

Answer: It depend on different factors: The size of the pool, size of the filter, the type of pool filter you have, bathers and contaminants loads.

Manufactures recommend a minimum of twice a year filter cleaning service.

 

 

Q: Do you service pools with salt water systems?

 

Answer:  Yes we do. Many pool owners are switching to salt water systems.

Q: How often should I change the water in my pool?

 

Answer:  When the TDS (Total dissolved solids) are in excess of 2000 PPM. Approximately every 3 to 5 years.

 

 

Q: If I have a pool cleaning service do I still need automatic vacuum?

 

Answer:  No you don't needed. But we recommend it, an automatic vacuum can help keep the pool in better conditions between our pool services.

 

 

Q: If I have a pool cleaning service do I still  need to empty the skimmer and pump baskets?

 

Answer:  Yes, especially when there are windy days or fall season, sometimes the skimmer baskets is full with leaves and decreases the good circulation of the pump.

 

 

Q: Do you add water to my pool?

 

Answer:  Generally we don't. When water is added to the pool it's difficult to see the bottom when we are vacuuming.

 

Answer: Our pool professionals are at your home for a certain amount of time and the amount of water to fill the pool for the time that we are there doesn't make a significant difference. We leave the pool water level to the home owner descriptions.

 

Answer: If the pool technician forgets to shut off the water you are probably not going to be happy with Us!. We want happy faces with all our services.

 

 

Q: How can i prevent birds or ducks in my pool?

 

Answer:  We recommend to home owner to use alligator float chlorinate.
